The hotel is situated in a quiet location along the sandy beach in Privlaka in northern Dalmatia, 18 km away from Zadar, 4 km from Nin and 1.5 km from the Zaton Holiday Resort.

The hotel consists of three floors, ground floor and two floors connected by an elevator and has:

• 22 double rooms with an extra bed (sofa bed), no balcony, located on the first and second floor of the hotel. The total size of the room is 28 m2
• 1 double room for disabled guests, on the ground floor, with a total area of ​​28 m²
• 2 apartments with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, living room, terrace with a view of the sea, total area of ​​the apartment is 86 m², with the terrace taking up 28 m².
  There is a double bed and a sofa bed in one room, and in the other room there are two single beds, which can be connected.
